1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in all fitness classes, private training sessions, memberships, workshops, events, digital services, and related offerings provided by Lagree Restoration LLLC.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or class package, booking a class, accessing our website or mobile app, or entering the studio, the individual (“Member,” “Client,” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase services independently. Minors may participate only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent and signed waiver.
You confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and current.

3. HEALTH & FITNESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By participating in classes or services provided by Lagree Restoration LLC, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, muscle strain, falls, or other health complications.
You confirm that:
• You are physically able to participate in fitness activities.
• You will consult a physician if you have concerns regarding your health or ability to exercise.
• You will immediately stop exercising and notify an instructor if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or shortness of breath.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. BOOKINGS & CLASS RESERVATIONS
All classes and appointments must be booked through our approved booking platform, website, or mobile app.
Class availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit attendance, substitute instructors, adjust schedules, or cancel classes at any time.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons.

5. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made within the cancellation window established by Lagree Restoration LLC
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or failure to attend a scheduled class may result in:
• Loss of class credit
• Late cancellation fees
• No-show fees
• Temporary booking restrictions
Membership holders and package clients remain responsible for all applicable fees.

6. MEMBERSHIPS & BILLING
Memberships automatically renew on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Lagree Restoration LLC to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership dues, applicable taxes, late fees, retail purchases, or cancellation charges.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Pricing, benefits, and membership structures may be modified at any time with reasonable notice.

7. FREEZES, PAUSES & TERMINATION
Membership freezes or pauses may be offered at our discretion and may require advance notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships, accounts, or studio access for:
• Violation of studio policies
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Harassment of staff or members
• Misuse of studio property
• Nonpayment of fees

8. STUDIO POLICIES & CONDUCT
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all members and guests must follow studio policies and instructor guidance.
Clients agree to:
• Arrive on time
• Wear appropriate workout attire and grip socks if required
• Treat staff, instructors, equipment, and other members respectfully
• Maintain proper hygiene standards within the studio
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

9. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Lagree Restoration LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio or left in lockers, restrooms, or common areas.

10. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By entering the studio or participating in classes or events, you acknowledge that photographs or videos may occasionally be captured for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify studio staff in writing.

11. DIGITAL SERVICES & APP USE
Use of our website, booking platform, or mobile application must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.
You agree not to:
• Share login credentials
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Copy or distribute studio content without permission
• Use our services for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to suspend digital access for misuse or suspicious activity.

12. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily release and discharge Lagree Restoration LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in studio activities or use of studio facilities and equipment.
This release applies to claims arising from ordinary negligence but does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, branding, class formats, graphics, videos, content, and materials associated with Lagree Restoration LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted through our website, app, or booking platform and become effective upon posting.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
